At Strong Roots Center, Louisville's Relationship, Gender and Sex Therapy practice, we embrace the diversity and differences among our clients.

Strong Roots Center is dedicated to proving therapy for relationship growth,  sexual enhancement, deepening of intimacy, exploration of sexual orientation, and gender identity, and healing from infidelity. We help with communication, life transition, depression, anxiety, hopelessness, problem solving, conflict resolution, divorce, relationship break up, and loss.

We also love having the opportunity to work with folks who identify as 

LBGTQIA+, Consensual Non-Monogamy, and Kinky.

Our philosophy lies in the idea that we are all trying our best and yet, we can still end up stuck in negative cycles. Through love and compassion we can learn to foster growth.
