Spiritually Integrated Life Care Coaching

Coaching is future focused and results oriented, utilizing a playbook,

co-created with clients for a “Custom-Fit” healing experience based on

their needs and narratives.

Spiritually Integrated is for clients who are explicitly religious or not.

We all have highest values to honor and our bodies, minds and spirits are sacred.

SILC is committed to inviting all to consider their sexual health and

self-care as “sacred” (a priority).

Self Care practice is grounded in womanism. SILC is committed to the

survival and wholeness of the entire person: female, male and nonbinary.

SILC centers the voice and narratives of the person, traditionally universalist (collaborative), and loves all persons, sexually or non-sexually.
