This in-person workshop will bring together cancer thrivers for an introduction to Tantra practices to bolster resilience. As a cancer thriver herself, Stacie Steinbock turned to Tantra when she realized she needed a somatic (body based) therapy to support her emotional and physical healing process after cancer treatment and to manage cancer recurrence anxiety.
